Can I move my session to another date if I can't make my booked session?
Absolutely! If you need to reschedule your masterclass, please reach out at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We’ll gladly help you find another suitable date and time, subject to availability.
Can i get a refund if I change my mind?
We understand plans can change. If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before your scheduled masterclass, you’re eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the session cannot be refunded, but you can reschedule to another available date at no extra charge.
Is there anything I can do to better prepare me for the session
To maximise your experience, we recommend arriving at the session with clarity on your key speaking goals or challenges. Reflect on specific areas you’d like to focus on, and consider bringing real-life scenarios or questions you’d like addressed. Having a notebook handy is also beneficial for capturing insights and actionable advice.
